Delivery galleries
A delivery is the branded, login-free page you hand a client when the work is done β a gallery of their photos, playable video, an interactive map, and any reports, all under your business name on one private link. You control who gets in and when, and you can watch every open and download.
Where to find it #
Sidebar β Jobs β open a job β Client delivery
Deliveries live on the job they belong to. Scroll a job's detail page to the Client delivery card β everything you send that client for that piece of work is created and managed there. It's a Pro feature; see Plans for what's included.
Create and send a delivery #
- Start it β on the job, find the Client delivery card and click + New delivery. It's named from the job (e.g.
Site survey β delivery) and opens ready for files. - Upload the work β hit Upload files and pick photos, video, a PDF report, an orthomosaic (
.tif), a 3D model (.glb/.obj), or a point cloud (.las/.laz/.copc). Downlink detects each file's kind automatically; you can correct any one from its dropdown. - Publish & get link β once at least one file is up, click Publish & get link. The delivery flips to published and the share link is copied straight to your clipboard.
- Set the controls β open Share settings to add a password, an expiry date, a downloads toggle, or a pay-to-unlock gate (see below). All are optional.
- Send & watch β paste the link into a text or email, or hit Preview β to see exactly what the client will. The card shows a live opens Β· downloads count so you know when they've looked.
No login, no app. Photos open in a swipeable lightbox; video and PDF reports play inline; an orthomosaic opens in an interactive map, a 360Β° pano in a pano viewer, and a 3D model in a 3D viewer. Point clouds and other raw files download to open in your GIS or CloudCompare. Your logo, colours, website link, and footer note carry through β it reads as your studio, not ours.
Lock down the share link #
Under Share settings you get four independent controls, each enforced on the link itself:
- Password β set one and the client must type it before anything loads. Remove it anytime.
- Expires β pick a date and the link stops working after it. Leave blank for no expiry.
- Downloads β tick to let the client download files, or leave it off for view-only proofing.
- Pay to unlock β set an amount and the whole delivery sits behind a pay button, previewed but locked, until payment clears.
If you've wired up Stripe Connect, the client can pay by card and the delivery unlocks itself the moment payment confirms. Otherwise, drop in your own payment link (a Stripe page, an invoice, whatever you use) β the client pays your way, then you hit Mark paid & unlock to release the files. Either way, nothing downloads until it's paid.
Riley Chen at Skyward Aerial Co. wraps a monthly progress flight for Northgate Construction (Sam Ruiz) and gates it behind payment:
| Field | Example value | Why / Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery title | Northgate β Sept progress β delivery | Auto-named from the job; the client sees it as the page heading. |
| Files | 46 photos Β· 1 orthomosaic (site.tif) Β· 1 PDF report | Uploaded to your private store; each kind is detected automatically. |
| Password | northgate-sept | Client types it once before the gallery loads. |
| Expires | 2026-08-31 | Link goes dark after this date β tidy for time-boxed jobs. |
| Downloads | On β client can download files | Turn off for view-only proofing before sign-off. |
| Pay to unlock | $450.00 | Delivery is previewed but locked until paid. |
| Payment link | https://pay.skywardaerial.example/northgate | Where the pay button sends them (or pay by card if Stripe Connect is on). |
Ask for a review on delivery #
When you push the job to the Delivered stage, one-tap β Request review buttons appear on the job β by text if the client has a phone number, by email if they have an address. Both drop the client into a pre-written message with your Google review link, and every ask is logged in Inbox β Reviews so you can see who's been asked and who's replied.
The review buttons only light up once you've added your Google review link under Marketing. Do it once and every delivered job gets the one-tap ask.
Hit Unpublish and the share link stops working immediately β handy if you sent it early or to the wrong person. Publish again to mint a working link (the same address comes back), and deleting the delivery removes its files for good.
